【About Our Glass Products】

Our glass products are crafted by Japanese artisans (for tableware) and produced through handmade or factory production processes that involve handcrafting. The following characteristics, which arise during the manufacturing process, are inherent and unavoidable, and are not considered defects.

Please note that all products have passed the manufacturer's quality standards and are deemed to be in good condition.

Additionally, at our store, we conduct a secondary inspection before shipping and exclude any items that significantly detract from their original value.

• Individual differences may occur in the color, shape, size, thickness of the glass, and color shading of the products.

• Minor blemishes or foreign substances that fall within the average range for that product may occur.

• There may be slight irregularities, mold marks, warping, or fine wrinkles.

• Small unbroken bubbles or black specks (soot) may be present on the surface of the glass.

• There may be bubbles or slight adhesive overflow at the jointed parts of the glass.

• Fine scratches that are unavoidable during the manufacturing and transportation process may occur.
  
  

There may also be cases where minor "tilting," "chipping," "cracking," "color discrepancies," "texture differences," or "differences in appearance" are present that do not affect product usage. Thank you for your understanding.
