▶In the "&bimi" subscription service, we will deliver the beauty of Japan every month, by the seasons and areas so that you can feel as if you are traveling in Japan with us. Matcha, carefully selected by our exclusive tea master and delivered every month, will make your daily life special. To make the elegant tea time even more wonderful, sweets from long-established manufacturers nationwide and Made in Japan accessories selected by our founder are packed in the box.

▶On the boutique page, you can purchase various Made in Japan items individually. (Subscribers can purchase at a discounted price!) We also have special items available only at &bimi. Incorporate the essence of Japanese quality and elevate your lifestyle.
Allergen information for monthly box products and other products can be found in the booklet or paper included with each box. However, this information is not comprehensive, and unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that all products will be allergen-free for everyone. So please pay close attention to your personal health concerns and consume Japanese food at your own risk. Please read the terms of use for more details.

We will respond to inquiries as quickly as possible(Within 3 business days), but depending on the situation, there may be a delay.
Currently, we only ship to the United States, but we would like people from all over the world to enjoy our services. We promise to continue to increase the number of delivery areas so that we can deliver to everyone around the world as soon as possible.

The shipping fee does not include customs duties. Please double-check your country's customs regulations. Each country has different rules regarding customs duties and taxes. If duties or taxes are charged, we are not responsible for covering them. Please note that we have no control over import taxes as they are imposed by local authorities.
We currently accept payments via PayPal ・AmazonPay・applePay・GooglePay and all major credit cards (VISA/MASTER/AMEX/JCB). All payments are processed through our secure checkout, and your personal information is never disclosed to third parties.
Prices are shown in US dollars. As exchange rates change daily, we are unable to provide specific prices. For reference, you can check the current exchange rate here:
In the unlikely event that the product is damaged, defective, or misdelivered, please contact customer support. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer's convenience (image difference, order mistake, etc.) after the order is confirmed. Please check here for more details.
SHIPPING & RETURNS
Below are some frequently asked questions about shipping and returns
Currently, purchases and deliveries are only available within the United States. Shipping costs vary based on the total weight of the items purchased. You can check the shipping cost before completing the payment at checkout. Additionally, if the total amount of your purchase is 40,000 yen or more, shipping is free. (The monthly subscription box is not eligible for free shipping.)
Please note that additional charges may apply in some areas such as remote islands.

All &bimi products are assigned a tracking number. You can check the tracking number from the shipping completion email.
If you would like to know the current status of your package, please enter the tracking number using this form.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.
We do our best to ensure that every box arrives at you in perfect condition, but unfortunately, we cannot control the entire transportation process. If your item arrives from the manufacturer damaged, expired, or is missing (even if the box arrived in physically good condition but the item is not in the box), please contact us using the contact form.
Compensation provided will be in the form of a partial refund or product exchange, and customers within the compensation period will be eligible for a compensation offer. The validity of a damaged item is at the discretion of the support agent. If there is damage to the box or packaging of the product, but there is no damage to the contents, it will not be eligible for replacement.
Damaged items such as cookies, chips, and other fragile snacks, as well as melted chocolate due to weather conditions, may also not be eligible for exchange. Minor cosmetic damage, such as minor scratches or scuffs, may not be covered. If you encounter any issues, you must report them within 7 days of receiving the box. The replacement will be shipped in the next shipment as soon as it is confirmed by the support staff.
・In the case of regular products
If you wish to change the shipping address registered at the time of order, please contact us within 30 minutes of placing your order using the Contact Us Form. If you wish to change your shipping address, please contact us within 30 minutes of placing your order using the Contact Us form.
・For subscriptions
If you wish to change your registered shipping address, please go to "My Account", view your subscription list, and select the subscription for which you wish to change your address. You can edit the shipping address from the selected subscription page.
&bimi provides tracking service for all deliveries. Please use this form to search for your tracking number and check the current status of your BOX.
If, due to your convenience, delivery is unsuccessful and your order is returned to our warehouse by the carrier and our team, you will be eligible for reshipment. Once the return is confirmed, we will arrange for reshipment. Please note that the re-shipping fee will be borne by the customer.
Please check the tracking status and contact your local post office regularly to prevent your box from being returned.
standard products shipping originates in Japan and takes 1-2 weeks to arrive. However, please allow up to 4 weeks to account for local customs procedures, carrier availability, and potential weather delays.

All orders are carefully packaged and shipped from Japan by our staff. As this is a transaction where we cannot meet face-to-face, we place great importance on the packaging and shipping process. We hope that you receive not only our products but also our minds.
We aim for prompt delivery of all your packages, but unfortunately, we cannot control potential delays during transit. All international shipments are subject to customs inspection, and when the package reaches the destination country, customs will inspect it. We have no control over customs clearance. Please always check the tracking information and find out when it will clear customs.
