If a problem or unpleasant situation occurs, we strive to resolve the issue together with the customer as soon as possible, and for this reason we have established certain rules regarding returns and refunds.
▶︎Regarding cancellation of products or services or changes to order details
・You can cancel and receive a full refund within 30 minutes of placing your order. After 30 minutes, we will not be able to cancel or change your order as it will take time to prepare for shipping. If you wish to cancel or change your order, please contact customer support in time.
▶︎About returns and exchanges
・Exchanges or refunds are only available if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered. Please note that shipping damage and unavoidable wear and tear that occurs during manufacturing and shipping are not included.
・ If you find that the product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered after receiving the product, please contact our customer center with the necessary information within 7 days after receiving the product. Based on this information, our staff will make a judgment and decide on the response. If the product is defective or incorrect, we will bear the shipping costs for return and re-delivery.
・Please note that we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for items received after 7 days have passed, regardless of the reason.
Please note that once the deadline has passed, the transaction will be considered complete and we will not be able to accept returns or exchanges. In addition, we only accept returns and exchanges for products in the condition they were delivered to. Please note that we will not be able to accept returns or exchanges for used products after the packaging has been opened, or if the product is soiled, damaged, malfunctioning, or defective due to the customer's responsibility.
・It may take some time for the refund to be officially reflected after you receive the refund processing completion email from us. A credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days after your refund is approved. For example, if the original payment was made by credit/debit card, it can take up to 30 days. If you use PayPal, you will receive your refund within 3-5 business days.
・Please note that we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds due to customer circumstances (wrong image, wrong size, etc.).
▶︎About deactivating a subscription
If you do not want to be charged for future boxes, please cancel your subscription before your renewal date. You can find out how to cancel your subscription here.
It is important to note that deactivating a multi-month subscription only prohibits future subscription renewals. Remaining shipments will not be cancelled. If you complete the cancellation process after your subscription renews, that renewal will be your last charge.
