・How to Cancel
First, go to ACCOUNT DETAILS in MY ACCOUNT and go to the SUBSCRIPTION page.
Select the subscription you wish to cancel and go to the Subscription Details page.
Please click the Cancel button at the bottom right of the page to cancel your subscription.
Note: Monthly plans have a minimum number of payments.
You cannot cancel unless you have made the minimum number of payments.

Once you have cancelled your subscription, you will need to re-subscribe.
If you wish to temporarily stop your subscription, please use the pause function.
Yes, it is possible.
To pause your subscription, go to the ACCOUNT DETAILS page of MY ACCOUNT and go to the subscriptions page.
Select the subscription you wish to suspend and go to the Subscription Details page.
Click the Pause button on the bottom right of the page to cancel your subscription.
Note: Some plans have a minimum number of payments, and you cannot pause your subscription until you have made the minimum number of payments. We hope to have you back with us again soon.
