【Regarding glass products】

 
The glass products sold at our store are crafted by factory production, including handmade and manual processes by Japanese craftsmen.

The following phenomena, caused by the manufacturing process, are difficult to completely eliminate and are unavoidable. They are not considered defects.

Please understand that all of the following points have passed the manufacturer's quality standards. (good quality)

Additionally, our store rechecks items at the time of sale and excludes items that significantly detract from the product's value before shipping.

• There may be individual differences in the color, shape, size, thickness of the glass, and color intensity of the product.
• There may be small stains or foreign matter included within the normal range for the product.
• There may be irregularities, mold marks, distortions, or fine wrinkles.
• Small unbroken bubbles or black spots (soot) may appear on the surface.
• There may be bubbles or slight overflow of adhesive at the glass adhesion points.
• There may be minor scuff marks that are unavoidable during manufacturing and transportation.

*Please note that there may be "tilt," "chipping," "cracking," "color discrepancies," "texture," or "differences from the image" that do not interfere with usage. We appreciate your understanding in advance.
